Hi Ron,

Welcome back! I recently "came back" too. Monday was my birthday, too - the big 4 0 !!! Made me even more determined to get with the program. A year ago I had plans to be done but here I am, still at it. But like you say - don't give up! And don't plan on it! This year will be great!
