I am so with you on the moring workouts Rae! I have always been a night person! I hate getting up early in the morning! I also always feel like I am working off all the stuff I ate throughout the day! And I don't want to sit in front of the TV at night or be sedentary, so the treadmill is great for that. Since I have 2 kids, mornings tend to be hectic anyway!
I say, if it works for you, keep going! I never have any trouble falling asleep after a later workout. I usually get on the tready about 7-8 pm. Not lately though as I really don't want to slow down weight loss! I miss it though!
