Ok guys I want to know about this "TOTAL FAST". Are there any really true benefits from it? I'm looking to I guess "jump start" this plateau that I'm currently in. And I was wondering if this would help any or should I just continue on what I'm currently doing. Is it possible that our bodies get use to the amount of calories that we are currently taking in and try to maintain that at a current weight? Has anybody tried to "total fast" and did it help? And if so how long do you stay on it? A young lady tried it here that I work with and she got so constipated that it sent her to the emergency room. She was totally miserable for weeks. The only good thing about her whole ordeal was that she did loose in extra 18 when it was all said and done. So I'm wondering if there are any success stories out there. Sorry for all the questions guys but enquiring minds would like to know
