Okay, so i'm browsing through all the threads on the forum (I'm REAL busy at work today, ha ha) and I have seen that you should have at least 3 shakes a day!
I'm on day 3 and i've been having 2 shakes a day... here is my sked:
7:30-8 am: SHAKE
10-10:30: Bar/Oatmeal
12:30-1pm: SHAKE
3:30ish: soup/chili
6ish: L&G
8:30pm: pudding/cookie
Is this okay, or do I definitely need to have 3 shakes a day? I really want to optimize my weight loss, so if it makes a difference please let me know...
