Hi!

Hi! My name is Lynne and hopefully will be getting started soon! I'm so very much looking forward to losing this stuff that has attacked me and refuses to let go! A little about me...I've done a different liquid diet in the past and had good results. Kept off for a while and then lo and behold there's a bun in the oven! So, here I am, larger than I've ever been feeling like a blob and have recently tried different things but, they didn't work quite so well. Warm weather is coming and I know I won't want to go walking in public with my son because of the way I feel about myself. I need to take any guesswork out of the equation and know exactly what to do and I know with Medifast I will get that and I KNOW this will work. And I KNOW I can do it, I did it before! I know nothing with weight loss is easy. Thankfully I know what to expect for those first few days. (boy, seems I know a lot don't I? :-P ) Thankfully I have a lot of support at home. Although, DH isn't looking forward to the bad breath. He actually made me open a window in the car in the middle of winter once it had gotten so bad  . And yes, I have good oral hygiene. But, with the support I have at home and the support I'm looking forward to here there's no way I can lose! Really looking forward to getting to know you all! :D

Lynne...looking so forward to sharing the journey with you....this time will be the last time you will need to lose weight...unless of course another bun arrives in the oven... :D ....You have a head start with the knowledge so this should be second nature.....You will love the forum....the people are outstanding...!!!!!!!

Welcome Lynne! I too lost a ton of weight w/ Optifast several years ago. The one thing I remember about that program was STARVING! I think they revamped it recently, but not in 1990! Then 2 babies and the 30's came along and whoop, needing weight loss again! So here I am. But this program is working GREAT and I am not hungry!

I wish you much success!

Donna...dlr2424....No more "buns" for me thanks. Far too fattening!! :D

Donna...Can't say I was ever hungry on Optifast really but it's just so costly. What I'm really going to like about MF is the variety for meal replacements. I don't think I'll be getting bored.

Thanks for the kind welcome folks!
