I think it is the Spironolactone. I drink about 128 ounces of water a day in addition to one or two caffeine free diet cokes and whatever flavored water (I like the nestle fruit flavored kind that is Splenda flavored). I may go off the Spironolactone if it continues.

Congrats on that loss!!! You're so VERY close to the next club level - woo hoo! :yay:

How do you make your shakes? I do mine in the blender with a few ice cubes, no grit and VERY frothy, love them!!! I only get grit from a few of the hot drinks but find if I wisk them in a bowl with the hot water I can get the grit out.....except the cappucino - that one was always gritty for me ;-(.

I get it with the appetite sup shakes, both flavors. I use a magic bullet blender and the water and ice.

I had to laugh at this.....

I used to have trouble driving, my stomach touched the wheel. Now it does not!!!!

I've lost 45 pounds in just under 8 weeks...it just dawned on me driving to work the other day that my arms must have been getting shorter because I was having a harder time reaching the steering wheel!

Keep up the good work! This is NOT an insurmountable task. You've got lots of people here who are currently on their weight loss journey (such as myself) and those who have come to the end of the journey and have embarked on Maintenance Land! Best wishes!
