Hello everyone. Brand new MF user here. Today is day number 2. I feel like I will need some support and friends....

If anyone would like to email me, my email is jperara@comcast.net. Please put "reply to Medifast" as the subject, because I won't open mail from strangers.

I would really appreciate any tips, recipe's I can use right now (since I'm just beginning), comments etc etc.

Jess,
If you register on this forum there are alot of areas open to you. You can set up little buttons for e-mail, and other things. You can reply to areas other than this area. Its free.

There are many tips woven throughout the Forum. The best tip we can give you is to read and re-read the Quick Start booklet several times to become completely familiar with the program - follow the program carefully and do not eat extra carbohydrates.
