Not my age or my IQ. I don't qualify for that high in either yet ;) although age is coming in a couple of months.

I am talking about jean size. Today I found some clearance jeans at wal-mart in size 34 and couldn't pass up the deal (being in 36's). I promptly tried them when I got home and low and behold, they fit!

Don't you just love Wal-mart clearance racks!!! I am in there medium shirts! bought a bunch for 5 bucks. I actually bought a pair a shorts from there and they are a size small 28-30's!!  Doesn't it feel awesome not to have to pay 2 more bucks for something that is bigger, and not all that attractive either!?! Way to go Brian! Keep it up! ;)

Hi Brian,

Thats my goal size as well - thats about 85cms and was what I used to wear before going to the Home for Lost Pounds.

I've dropped from 131cms (51.5inches) around the middle to a measurement of 103cms (40.5 inches) in 10 weeks - so only anoher 7 inches (which are the always the hardest ones) to go.

Well done!

Kind regards

Gavin

I will likely go below 34 for a final size. It is interesting, I never saw myself below a 36 or so. I am not complaining though :) Good luck to you Sydney

Brian,
I feel these lyrics from "Creep" by Stone Temple Pilots popping up in my head when I see your ticker (because you are just about exactly there). "I'm half the man I used to be....." :cleader:

Yes! and only 30 lbs to go til my ultimate goal, although I will evaluate every 10 lbs after 200 to see if I am where I want to be. I'm not there yet, so 190 is the first possible stopping point.

Yeah, that's what I was doing, Brian, towards the end, since I had no clue what I would look like at any of the weights I was reaching, I never wanted to set a firm weight goal, because it was a totally arbitray number!

So, I just set the first goal at the top of my BMI chart, and worked from there...

You're doing awesome!
