Ok, I thought some of you may want to put a face with the name, so I just emailed my photo to be posted.
Be kind, please.

When this photo was taken I thought I looked pretty good! Wow, now I realize I am huge! I am going to take some during photos as I go, mostly to help myself since we sometimes only REALLY see ourselves when we look at a photo.

You're right about the photos, It really took a TERRIBLE picture of me to really SEE how big I was! I now carry THAT picture with me to remind myself not to go back! T

Yes, he is a cutie....but he's not mine.
This is my friend's son when he was about 6 weeks old. I have 3 boys of my own.....someday I will show them off to you all with some photos.

The baby's adorable, and you look a lot like a good friend of mine.

I couldn't even LOOK at my "before" picture till I'd been on the plan awhile - and then only because I knew I didn't look like that anymore!!

I can relate to my shock when I looked in photos, I always saw myself in the mirror so much thinner than I really was.

Now I'm thinner and I think I look bigger than I really am..

We are never happy with ourselves are we??

The baby is Cute too..!!

You'll do fine!

When I look at my BEFORE MEDIFAST pictures, I have to laugh to keep from crying! Really!
Thank you for posting and yes, keep posting your progress pictures both for yourself and for our inspiration!

Your friend's baby is looking at you adoringly, and he/she sees the very beautiful person that you are!
