Hi Guys,
I took a break for about 2 months now I'm back to hopefully reach my goal by the spring. I just love this plan and had to get back on it. It may sound crazy but I actually missed my meals like the Cppuccino and Chai Latte. Well I have about 15 lbs to go and I can't wait to finally get there. What an accomplishment.
