Too much...

Hello, I just started this week. And I have read the you need to drink lots of water. So I started to drink a half a liter after every meal. Thats 16 oz times 6 for 96 ozs. 96 is way more than the recommended 64oz. My question is how much water is too much water?

I'd say you're definitely safe with 96oz spread out over the day. That's what I've been drinking from day one and have had no problems at all. Allthough you WILL get to know the "facilities" rather well :lol: .

According to my MD he told me to take my weight and divide it in half and that is how many ounces of water I should drink daily. I tend to drink more that that though because I have a tendancy to retain water
