too full at night

Postby imagemd » May 27th, 2007, 7:48 pm

My nutritionist has me only on 4 shakes and 1 bar and one lean and green meal. I try and have my capuccino at night but I am soooo full from eating my lean and green meal. Is it ok to have all of my 5 MF b4 7:00, have dinner at 7:00 and be done with it for the day?? It is 9:45 and I am still full from dinner and am forcing myself to have my drink. I figure if I try and do a 9:00, 11:00, 1:00, 3:00, 5:00 and dinner at 7:00. I am always hungry during the day until I get my meal. How does this sound??

The question I would have is when do you get up in the morning and when do you go to bed at night.

You should have your first within the first hour of waking. The last should be within 2- 2 and a half hours before bed. 14 hours between your last meal and your first one the next morning is too long.

What I would suggest is to space them out more during the day, having your dinner a little earlier and then your last replacement closer to 9 PM. You can also split you your lean and green into two parts and have part early in the day and the other for your dinner.

Hope this helps.
