Today is the 2nd day of MF.
Yesterday, I had beef broth soup with cut up steak and broccoli, then for dinner was just a salad.
For lunch today, I chopped up eggplant with seasoning and added tomatoes.
For dinner, I plan to make whole chicken and take out my pieces and put it in a salad.

I'm not sure what your plan is, but usually people are on the 5&1 plan. That means only one lean/green meal. Does your doctor have you doing something else?

You are usually allowed only one lean and green meal per day. Did your doctor tell you that you can also eat lunch? It sounds like you are eating 2 meals per day.

Hello :)

What Ive done for this week was MF soup for lunch. Added 1/2 of my 7 oz of chicken with 1 cup broccoli.
Then for dinner I'll eat the other 1/2 of chicken in my salad.
(or if i used lean meat I split that)
When I cooked the whole chicken it was for the family as well, and I picked my meats out.

Today I had beef soup with my meat & broccoli. Then for dinner I'll have just a salad. I am over that HUMP day!! and I feel great about myself! and Ive even lost more weight...woo hoo

Day 5 and I feel great.
I probably should have listed in the other days that I had my shakes as well.
Cant wait to get the new dinners chili, and cream of broccoli...

I made it to 7 days!! and I am doing great!! I have not cheated at all. I now weigh 197 woo hoo :)

I have kept up with my plan with no cheating, now on day 19 and weigh 194
