Tomorrow's start

Postby petiewheats » February 20th, 2006, 1:54 pm

Hi everyone! I have been lurking on this site for the past week or so since 'falling into' it on the web. I ordered my medifast on valentines evening, and am supposed to receive it tomorrow.
I am pushing the big 50, over weight , need surgery on a knee, BP up and need to lower all before surgery. All your stories of hope and inspiration, success have given me the 'IT' that I need.
The cupboards are cleaned out, I am ready to go. I want to thank all of you in advance

Paula

A great big welcome to you :goteam: You are going to absolutely love  Medifast!! We are all here when you need an ear :secret: or some extra love and support  or if you simply need to vent :x

Read the forum :puter: post often and when you get your order read read and re-read the Quick Start Book :pagesturn: known in these parts as the Medifast Bible...if it is not in there don't put it in your mouth!!

This program really works :cheermed: if you work the program.

We are all routing you on to victory :cleader:

Let us know how you are doing so we aren't worrying about you :scratchhead:

Lisa

Knee surgery

Postby Jan » February 20th, 2006, 2:29 pm

Hi Paula,
Welcome, and you are very very smart to get some pounds off before that knee surgery. Your knee will be much much happier. Plus keep track of that BP. It most likely will be coming down.
Happy to know you joined us.

Paula Girl,

Just have to welcome you to MF and to our wonderful board, expecially since Vicki called me a "star" :star: Medifaster. She was being nice to a 76 year old! But she was right, I am doing absolutely amazing and feeling younger all the time!

I am knocking on the 20 pound door and it should be THIS WEEK! Please just trust the program and take all the good advice you have already been given and you will also be one of our :star: stars :star: in no time!

Shine on, girl! :cheerleader:
