Hi Everyone...

Today is my one-month anniversary! Happy anniversary to me! I had promised myself I could commit to the program for one month without cheating and "see what happens." Wanna know what happened? Well, I went from 236 to 209.6...that's a whopping 25.4 lbs in one month!

Let's just say that I don't have to have a talk with myself to continue the program. I don't need ANY more motivation than the scale!

I just wanted to thank ALL of you for keeping me on track and keeping me on the straight and narrow! I owe over 10lbs of this to you guys!

Don't worry, I'm not stopping now!

I had the same philosophy - give it a month and see what happens. So here I am 2 months later still excited about MF.

Oops, I can't add. I have a total of 26.4 lbs lost! Yay! I LOVE accounting errors in my favor!

You are SO inspiring! I HOPE you know how many times you people have kept me going! I can't tell you what it means to me!

I feel like a million bucks already! I can't believe I've stuck to anything this long and it doesn't feel like work anymore!

I just want to scream about Medifast from the rooftops!

Wow, and today is my one month anniversary from start date too. I thought my 15 lbs were good. I feel a bit bummed now.
