I’m so happy I want to share with you that I lost two more pounds… so it means I already lost 6 pounds in my first week! YEY!
I feel even more motivated! I know I’m going to make it… it was crazy because the first 4 days I lost four pounds, after that nothing, but yesterday lost one and today another one hehe… anyway I decided I’m not going to be checking my weight every day because it can confuse me… I’ll try to do it every week or at least every four days if I feel very corious about it.
My jeans are definitely looser than before… not like a whole lot, but I fit better… they were starting to be too tight and they are my bigger ones that I just bought one month ago when the other jeans were impossible to fit in… anyway, now I’m looking forward to fit in my old jeans again
My husband is very happy for me and that means so much I want the time to go very very fast so I wake up one day and feel better in many ways… I want to run everyday a lot again like last year... 27 ponds more meant for me running the half, walking the other half, so tired… I need to be patient I know, because we can't exercise in this plan at the begining and later only a little bit, right?
I'm so happy... if I was running that much with 12 pounds extra I bet I could be a lot faster and better if I lost all the weight I should! I also want to be in a marathon and wear a bikini at the beach ... hehe... patience girl, patience...
