Tired

Hi Katie,
Try a cup of hot bouillon. Sometimes when our salt balance is off a bit we feel tired. Lots of times the bouillon does the trick. :D

Hi Unca. I started last friday. One more day untill I get to weigh myself. I feel great now. I am still a little tired But I have also been working alot. I told myself let me stick to this diet for at least 3 weeks. I hope I see the changes.

Hi Katie,
Oh....you'll see (and feel) some changes.

Don't be afraid to have an extra shake, if you run out of energy.
Keep us posted.
