Time Limits

I don't remember if I've read this already and just forgot but I have a question regarding the latest you should have your MF Meals.

It seems most of the time I only have 4 in by the time I have dinner (lean and green). I know I need to have one more but is it alright to have it around 8 or 9 at night??? I figured it would be better to have it that late than not have all the MF meals I should have.

I am just shy 3 weeks (will be 3 weeks on Monday- 2/13) and I have lost 14 pounds :woohoo: ; not as fast as some people but still a good thing. I just wanted to be sure I'm not slowing myself down by eating the last MF Meal too late. :?:

Hi Michelle! You can have your MF meals any time of the day. That is one of the wonderful parts of this program!! They do advise that if you like the bars, to have them a little earlier in the day because their a little higher in calories :)

Good question!

I was HUNGRY last night so I had an extra shake around MIDNIGHT last night. Scale was down almost 2 whole pounds this morning, wahoo!

I usually am reticent to have extra shakes, but that taught me a lesson - if need one, or you have a meal late, go ahead, it isn't gonna hurt your loss rate.

I always have my last supplement between 9:00 and midnight. No ill effects.

Thanks - I feel better now about having it late.

Serendipity - WOO HOO on the STEELERS!!!! We LOVE them! We aren't from PA but we are huge Steeler Fans!
