I don't get hungry, but I know what you mean about liking the empty feeling. It's wierd, but I like hearing my stomach growl. For me, that usually means a loss the next day.

I have seen the 15 minute rule, but I've never followed. When it comes to shakes, I usually take less than one minute to finish them. I just chug them, because honestly, I'm not a huge fan of the taste.

I take a bit longer on the bars or oatmeal.

I've lost plenty of weight and it's working fine for me, so I have no plans on changing.
