Welcome. One thing that did help me was taking a before pic and getting an accurate start weight so I could track my progress. Its up to you though. Good luck and welcome to the forum, and to MF.
Pre WLS 460
Low after WLS 300
Start of MF 350
Previous MF low 280
Restart MF 330

Great advice mrmmac! As much as I hate seeing myself in pictures I think this one will be worth it. I can't wait to get the fat off.

Welcome Tammy :) :wave: That is great that you have someone to take this journey with you - that will definitely make it more enjoyable and you can spur each other on.
