Time to celebrate!!

I broke my plateau today big time!!!

I was 253 and now.....235! :)

I am thrilled! I actually got off the scale, took it to another room and re-weighed in-same result!

I guess my goal of 225 for St.Kitts will come true!!

You've lost 40 pounds since March 16th?!?!? Holy Moses! I need to know what your doing so I can do it too!! >>totally jealous chicky here.. lol

Ok editing I see you have lost 18 since you started Medifast..girl, you had my heart beating a little faster..rofl. Your doing great and gonna have a blast in St. Kitts.

Way to go!!

Thanks!

I joined the forum about 3 days after starting Medifast..so yes since March 20th, I've lost 40 pounds! :) Before Medifast, I was on no diet at all. I was gaining all the time.

I drink a lot of water (5 litres per day), limit my diet cola to 1 a day and I don't doctor up the supplements that much because I really like them plain! I also have not cheated.

After I fainted from shock, :shock: and came back to, I read that you actually did lose 40 pounds since March 20! Never heard of such fantastic results.

Thanks everyone!

I weigh myself once a week only. I hide my scale because I tend to get compulsive with weighing in all the time. My mom bought the scale I use now and keeps it her place and once a week, she brings it over and I weigh in.
