Good Morning,
Yesteday I realized that I did not lose any weight last week and that was my fault. I had too many things that I should not have had.
This week will be perfect. I have put too much into this program for me to mess up now. I am not going to waste this opportunity.
I know this works, and I know how much I want it.
So, TIME TO BUCKLE DOWN.
I am looking forward to seeing how much I can lose this week.
