Should I be eating every three hours?

My schedule allows me to finish all 6 of my meals and my 64 ounces every only if I eat/drink every TWO hours between 9AM and 9PM...

Is that okay? I have been doing this for a few weeks now...did I screw up?

Is the water minimum 64 ounces or 100 ounces?

Thanks alot all! :)

Dear Helpme!

It sounds like you have a great schedule---every two hours is fine! Your water is fine at 64 ounces or more! Just keep doing what you are doing and you should see great results. Are you doing the complete or the 5&1? Either way, just keep up the good work.

Hi there,
Lizabette, is right -- your schedule looks fine. Two hours between meals is fine if that's what you have to do to get in all 6. The real trouble on the program occurs when people skip meals or go longer than 4 hours. The amount of water that you are drinking is fine too. The plan says 64 oz. The latest information says to divide your weight by half and then drink that number in oz. So, if you weigh 200 pounds you would be drinking 100 oz of water. Water is really really good for you. Sounds like you're doing fine. And I'm sure the pounds are parting. :D

Helpme....

I never could make it going three hours between meals. From day one I have been eating every two hours, which works fine for me. I drink between 92 and 112 oz. water everyday and could easily drink more, but don't want to be excessive in that area.
