Hey there bud...you need to look at overall weight loss. I have been on this program, no cheats for 8 weeks tomorrow..with a 31 pound loss in that amount of time which is an average of 3.875 pounds a week for me.
You have been on program for a little over 5 weeks I think with a loss of 37 pounds in that time...thats an average of 7.4 pounds a WEEK!
The scale IS going to flucuate up and down...when it goes up, If you know you have not cheated then you know its water and someone very wise told me in that case you do do NOT count it going up.
Also, a little something I personally noticed with my starts and stops on the scale..when I eat the same thing....for several days in a row...the weight loss slows down..so now, whenever possible I shake things up daily..something different each day(doesn't always happen) but when I am able to do that...it does seem to get the scale moveing.
Step thee away from the scale....your letting it control your moods and it could be damaging to your motivation. Your doing awesome so concentrate on that and the positive things your doing for your body right now.
