This past weekend I ordered $340 worth of Medifast food from TSFL.

TODAY I got a coupon in the mail for for $30 off my next order, but I have to use it by December 31st.

Any more good news???

I agree with Karli! Sorry about the mixup, I hope your HA can make it better, but I'm really happy you're re-ordering...some of us were worried about the last post. Are you doing better?

I feel your pain Beth. As an HA I contacted all of my clients last week when I got the info from the company. Also, Nancy posted the upcoming Promos a few days ago, but sometimes things get missed.
Definitely contact your HA and they can help intercede with the company.

Unca- my health advisor is Dayna and I have not heard from her since she last posted in July or August. How do I get another advisor? Can someone else help me??? I need more support right now as you can see in my posts. I have not had anyone to go to for a while.

Mike-I am sad that I never got a new advisor- otherwise I would have gotten a phone call too. I guess Dayna quit???

Hi, Beth. Sorry I didn't read this until just now. Have you tried contacting her when you feel you need some support ? I know that she has a toll free number and can be reached by email. But I am sure you have already considered all of this. She has not quit, she has just had a lot on her plate.

In general, it is not always easy for an HA to know exactly how much a client may be needing from them unless the client is helping for that to be clear. But, you must feel you have done that and I can understand how you might be frustrated then.

Let me know if you need some info about getting in touch with Dayna and I will be happy to help you out as much as I can

Karli- thanks for the advice. But like many people who need some help, I did not feel like having to ask for it. I was too exhausted and frustrated. Plus I was/am working 60 hours a week and taking care of a baby so I know what busy means.

I just noticed that Dayna has not been on the site since August, that was 4 months ago. The last email I got from her was July. It's really not a big deal. I just want an advocate to help me out with this coupon situation.

Hi, Beth. It sounds like you have certainly been quite busy yourself ! No wonder you may have been feeling a little overwhelmed awhile ago. It's a delicate situation, isn't it ? When we make a decision to help ourselves with something, but we could also use a little helping hand from outside ourselves. It's difficult to know when to ask for help, and when not to. I know it is for me, anyway. I often want to make sure I am not bothering anyone or even more, that I am not expecting my successes to come from another. I have struggled with that for a lot of my life, actually.

It is clear to me that you must have done an excellent job setting up a supportive community within your life, and finding people that you can really turn to when you need it. I think that is something special as a lot of people may feel they have only themselves to turn to when they are in need, and that they have to somehow take some steps on their own. I do see that same strength in you.

It is frustrating to find out about having missed something that would have been in our benefit. But, that strength and courage which you do have, will, I am quite certain, incline you to advocate for yourself in what you need if you do not feel you are getting it from your support system. You are strong, and beautiful, and perfectly capable. Afterall, your name ain't 'dark and stormy' for nothin'
