this forum is vital to me

Postby Guest » September 25th, 2006, 9:46 am

I have been away from the computer for the past week due to technical issues and have been falling off the plan. I am very disappointed in myself, but over all managed to lose another pound even with eating 2 pieces of bread and french fries. The thing is, they didn't even taste that good.

This forum is vital to my success. I am back on plan today, and will be reading all the posts I missed. You all encourage me so much.

I agree with you Allie. I'm not sure that I'd still be here (after just 3 weeks) if it weren't for the forum.
Glad to see you back!!

Hi there,
You're right. The forum helps each of us a great deal. It's funny but it is much easier to let ourselves down than to let down a whole group of other people. So, use this place for accountability. Promise yourself you'll post and be honest. You won't want to say you've been eating off plan. I'll watch for you.
