This is easier that I thought

Postby chelleA » April 29th, 2006, 8:55 pm

This has been much easier than I thought it would be. Having Dede in my corner has been a GREAT! reward. I have not tasted a thing off of MF since starting on April 17. I am cooking for my family, and not always feeding them my L&G meal. Tonight was redbeans and rice. If you don't like cajun cooking, you don't have any idea how hard it was to cook it and NOT eat it. :| But I had my own meal and didn't want all of it. I can't wait to weigh in the am and WOO HOO with the rest of you. Good luck !

Super job! I have found that I actually enjoy cooking for my family more since I have started Medifasting. I cook my L&G at the same time and it make tasting theirs a lot less tempting.

My family has been very supportive and my lean and green meal is just about the same as the family is eating without the starch and no-no veggies.

This plan is VERY easy to stick to. You'll love the pounds and inches falling off.

My family has always eaten pretty much like the MF L&G already. The pizza and spaghetti is hard to resist...but is worth it. Just think of the good eating habits your family is developing as well.

Once we make a commitment, it's AMAZING how easy this plan is to stick to...then we get in the 'zone and it's just...easy!

Glad you're doing SO well!

I compeletly agree with you!

I'm on Day 3 and haven't really found this to be a struggle yet. I've been following everything to a tee, and while I defintely get hungry, its right around the time I have to eat anyways.

MF actually works better for me because all I have to do in the morning is just grab the food for the day and I'm set. No worries about portions, and even better, no cooking (almost).

I kept my expectations about the taste of the food low (I had read so many bad things), and thus far have been mildly impressed.
