Well I can tell ya I only drink the chocolate.......and I absolutely use the davinci sugar free syrups.....and I absolutely use a straw......and I absolutely make them in the blender and never ever ever just shake them in the shaker jar. now this may make me a rebel but I absolutely love my shakes.......but only made in the blender and with my syrups and with my straw
Also........add some food. Do the 5-1 plan and enjoy life AND enjoy losing weight. Statistically speaking, from what I have seen and heard, there is not a drastic difference between the full on program and the 5-1 program. So why not have a meal every day??
Definitely make the shakes cold cold cold.....either with ice in your shaker jar or with ice in the blender. They come out like a thick shake if in the blender with ice
Look at the lean cuisine and add all kinds of flavorings to the shakes......jazz it up!! And I think the vanilla is absolutely grotesque........but others absolutely love it. You don't have to love everything......find what works for you. I'm going on a year now and I haven't had anything but a chocolate shake since trying them all my first month
