Yesterday afternoon, my 17 year old daughter and her friend were in the kitchen having their after school snack. I came into the kitchen and told the girls that I was going to snack with them (it was time for my MF pudding). I went over to the cabinet and whipped out my trusty bottle of DaVinci caramel syrup and I happened to look over at my daughter's friend -- she had this look of shock on her face -- she thought I was bringing out the booze for my snack! I had to explain to her what was in the bottle and then she told me she thought that perhaps I started drinking after my kids came home from school! (hmmm- sometimes that's what I feel like doing! LOL )

That's too funny! When someone passes by my cubicle at work when I'm pouring my syrup it sure makes them do a double take!

LOL!!!!!! It's so funny when people first see those bottles!!! I remember having the Youth Leaders from my church youth group over last week. One lady saw all my syrups on the counter and her eyebrow went up! She pointed at them and said "What's all this???"....after I explained, she started breathing again and her coloring retured to normal!!! LOL

Ha. The house I'm buying has a huge wet bar, and I was trying to decide what to do with it since I didn't really drink much even BEFORE Medifast. Someone suggested making it a coffee bar, but I don't drink coffee, either.

Then I hit on it - a DaVinci bar!

That is such a great idea. As for me I live very close to a store that has lots and lots of syrups. Sooooo I counted today and I have 21 different varieties. I do wonder sometimes what my neighbors think when they drive by my recycle bin early in the morning and it's filled with those tall skinny bottles. Hmmmmm Maybe I'm the "talk of the neighborhood"

Joyce, I can just imagine the youth leaders looking at those bottles. I feel like I have to hide mine if anyone from church comes over - HA!!

The first time my husband saw me come home with a bottle he gave me that "look" - especially since it said KALUHA on it!!! HAHAHAHA!!!

You think that's funny, try whipping one out on an airplane. The flight attendants think you grabbed one from the cart & try to charge you! I switched to RTD's to avoid the "I'm gonna kill you" glare!
