Do you have some sugar-free gum you can chew on? That might help a little . . . at least you'll feel like you're chewing on something.
It's okay to space some of your meals 2 hours apart (as long as that doesn't have you finishing up too early in the evening), and that can help keep the hunger at bay. On the days I work, my first three meals are usually 2 hours apart. I find I can go the full three hours without much hunger now that I've been doing the program for almost three months, but for the first month or so, 2 hour-intervals got me through my mornings!
As the others have recommended, do take full advantage of the snacks we're allowed. I think I've now gone through more jars of pickles in the last three months than I had in the previous three years. But the crunch, and the salt - usually that's enough to take care of me until my next meal.
You can do it! The hunger will get better! Your body will get into the routine. Good for you for not falling off the wagon. Keep us updated.
