In another thread, someone (I think Donica??) mentioned that maybe we could all list things we do to keep our minds off food! Sounded like a good idea to me.
I take BATHS! I tell ya, I must be the cleanest gal in the world 'cause sometimes I take 3 a day! It's my way to relax and I don't think about food in a nice steaming hot tub! PLUS, I end up drinking tons of water during the bath 'cause it's so hot! I like to watch movies and read, but like Donica, for me those activities sometimes make me want to snack!
What about everyone else?
