Started medifast last Thurs. 02/16 I have lost 7 lbs. this week I am pretty thrilled with that although I think I really hoped it would be more.

From Jan ,3-Feb 16 I lost 8 pounds, before I started medifast, this loss brings my total loss to 15 pounds. :D It IS gonna be a happy new year!

This is gooood!

Hi Gina,

I'm with you, girl! I started on Saturday and have lost almost 6 pounds (yes, I admit it, I weigh every day). It's nice to have a "buddy" who started about the same time.

You're right---this is great! I've been really surprised that I actually like most of the food.

Thanks Everyone SO MUCH, for all the congrats and encouragement. :oops: :)

I am a little subdued today because I woke up this morning with a stiff neck...which has made me hold my head to to the right all day...it hurts Argh! gonna take a muscle relaxer and get hubby to rub some ambosol or bengay on there tonight.


Lynda, It is cool to have someone close to the same time..Your doing great!!
I like most of the food I have tried too...I notice the "sweeter" shakes I really don't care for(orange, probably strawberry) I have been afraid to try the chili and minestrone but after reading recent post I may give them a shot. :? I LOVE the creamy tomato and the chicken rice soup...Droool The chicken noodle is pretty good too.
I love all the oatmeals. I love the choc pudding. I love the fruit n nut bar and the choc bar, so far.

I can't wait till next thursday. lol

Wow Gina that is terrific, especially since you lost so much the week before you started MF. Usually we have on large week and then it kind of tapers off. Wooo Hoooo lucky girl! You are doing great! :thumbup:

Gina,

Looks like we have similar tastes, too. :)

Have you tried mixing just a tad (maybe 1/8-1/4 tsp) of Lemonade Crystal Light in with the shakes? I tried it with the Strawberry & the Orange. It seems to tone down that incredibly sweet taste and gives it a nice refreshing "kick." They're two of my favorites, now. I also put them in a blender with some ice whenever I'm home....yummy!
