:? just starting out. which is best? having 6 shakes all day or 5 shakes and 1 lean green meal? sugar free jello is o.k. for a snack?thanks :?:

If you have gotten the okay from your physician, it is fine for you to do the full-fast which would be six supplements a day. If not, then five supplements and a lean and green would be the way to go. Weightloss is reported to be about the same either way. 1-2 cups of SF Jello is an allowed snack. :)

Hi Jaime,

Why don't you register and join us? It's free! Then, when you lose weight, you can be put in the 10# club, the 20# club, etc...

Gina answered all your questions. I just wanted to add make sure you get your doc's approval before doing the complete program...there isn't a big difference in weight loss between the two, and I like the real-world training I get from doing the Lean and Green meal because I've learned portion control, what a serving size is and that I can eat in the "real world." Excited for you to get started! Glad you found us!

Welcome. If you search around, you'll find whole threads devoted to people explaining why they chose one plan or the other, and what their experiences have been. That might help you decide.
