I made a huge discovery this past weekend, it's good but it's bad.
For about 2 years now I had noticed that I didn't have to shave my legs. The hair had stopped growing. Being fair and just having blonde peach fuzz anyway, it didn't seem like such a big deal, however, on a doctor visit I had mentioned it and was told that it was not good since the lack of growth was due to poor circulation and swelling that I was experiencing due to my weight. Of course I was having difficulty walking too.
Well I have lost 50 pounds now but I have gained hair. Sitting at my niece's pool on Father's Day (in a bathing suit, that didnt' look horrid) I looked down and in the bright sun I noticed peach fuzzy legs. All I could think of was when did this happen.
So in summary, Medifast has done wonderful things for me but it made the hair on my legs grow and that means my circulation in my legs is back. No wonder I can walk now and I'm loving that!!!.
Anyone else notice this crazy phenomena.
Eww bringing back the razor and the nair and still don't have nerve for waxing them but luckily, it's blonde, but worth every pound of it.
