Well, I weighed in for the end of month #1 on medifast....20 pounds GONE!!!!
I was hoping for a 20 pound loss and it was EXACTLY 20!

Hi everyone...
Well, I weighed in for the end of month #1 on medifast....20 pounds GONE!!!!
I was hoping for a 20 pound loss and it was EXACTLY 20!

Way to go Lois! Me too! I lost exactly 20 pounds too this first month. Amazing, isn't it? Hip Hip Hoorah for you!

I feel so happy...and so much BETTER already. I am wearing clothes I could not fit in before MF and even my watch is a little loose
I am hoping to lose 20 per month, but I realize I might slow down a bit. Either way, I'm on the road....and NOTHING is gonna stop me now!
