Seems I always reach a club the day before weigh-in and I have to post it because I'm so impatient that I can't wait one more day. :mrgreen:

Just a note to the newbies - It seems like yesterday that I was where you are. The time goes so fast! Just live your lives, follow the MF program....it's a piece-o-cake if you allow it to be. :lol:
