80 pounds! :shock:

Do you realize you have lost a whole child (4th or 5th grader)? That is so totally amazing. <img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/36/36_1_33.gif' border=0>

I was kind of down in the dumps yesterday but after reading a post like yours it gives me the motivation to keep on trucking. :cheermed:

Hi Jo,

That's fantastic! I mean, think about it, you've nearly lost an entire Lindsay Lohan!!!

I LOVE what you said to the newbies. I've only been on the program for just over two months...and I feel I'm not on a program...I'm just living my life and losing weight. It's easy if you let it be!

Congratulations! You are a huge success and are one of the big part of my (and others too) success!

Just a note to the newbies - It seems like yesterday that I was where you are. The time goes so fast! Just live your lives, follow the MF program....it's a piece-o-cake if you allow it to be.


Somehow I think it's illegal by MF standards for us to allow it to be a piece-o-cake...so should we say a sip-o-shake?!? :lol: Congrats on your new club membership :yourock:

Thanks so much everyone! What a boost to come here and get so much support. I love you all and each of you inspire me.

Today, I am so content and happy. This is the feeling I remember from other times in my life when I have been healthy. I saw my doctor this week. She cut my BP meds in half and told me I had a gleam in my eye that she wishes she could bottle up for some of her other patients. :lol:

Anyway, I'm going outside today.....such a beautiful day here in Western PA.....I'm gonna sweep the patio, take in some rays, and maybe take a walk later. As Nancy says........because I can.
