Wow.. and I thought I liked Tuna. I grew up having a nice high carb meal with salmon patties (made with crackers, egg, and spices) macaroni and cheese, and mashed potato patties.
We liked good tasting food (not good for you food).
I'm thinking this tuna recipe would also be perfect for crab cakes (you can get real canned crab in alot of stores (and Costco and Trader Joes), or fresh crab meat. (Can you tell I like crab?)
I would do the salmon patty thing, but I think my wife has an aversion to canned salmon (childhood memories... long story... lol)
So, perhaps tuna and crab... maybe add some shrimp.. lol
