Thanksgiving Stuffing

TSFL Legal Thanksgiving Stuffing from my friend Leanne.


1 packet Medifast Crackers
1 packet Medifast Delicate Chicken Fast Soup
4 oz. Boiling Water
2 Tbsp finely chopped onion
2 – 4 Tbsp finely chopped celery
Pinch of ground Poultry Seasoning

Sauté onion and celery in pan sprayed with non-stick butter-flavor spray.

Crush the crackers in the packet with a meat tenderizer. Pour into small mixing bowl.

Mix the Fast Soup and boiling water together.

Spoon the onion and celery mix on top of the crushed crackers.
Add a pinch (Season to your own taste) of poultry seasoning.

Add liquid, a small amount at a time, to the cracker/celery/onion mixture to attain the consistency you prefer.

Enjoy with your turkey and fresh green vegetables.

To help you get through dessert, mix a French Vanilla shake packet with some pumpkin pie spice, DaVinci Irish Cream Sugar Free Syrup, crushed ice, and 4 – 6 oz water. Mix in blender until thick and creamy.
