Thanks to all for your great support. I do not feel as scared now with all of you going through the same things. Question? I have about 7 days before my MF gets here. Should I eat all I want or get my body ready now for the dramatic caloric reduction I will follow?

I can't speak for anyone else, but... I've also got about a week before my first month of supplements, and I'm spending it saying goodbye to some old friends :)
I think it's really an individual decision though...

Just my opinion, but you might want to get a jump start and try cutting out most carbs for this week, It might make the first 3 days a little easier. I did that and didn't have such a tuff time for the first 3 days.

I ate normally, watching what I ate so I didn't get too many calories or fat, but I did eat out at my favorite places one last time. :) I did NOT pig out.. I wouldn't suggest that. :)

I had all of my favorite foods in that week. I don't know if that is a good thing because today being my first day I did feel a little weak around 4 today and had to take a nap from 4-8 and I had a headache. I am back up and running now and had my first lean and greeen and feel great.

It is up to you either way but maybe the way is to cut back so you don't go through any withdrawls.

Chanceaway ... There's no time like the present to begin a healthy lifestyle. I would recommend getting started with your lean/greens because it takes some time to get accustomed to the new plan. It will make your transition a lot easier and jumpstart your weight loss. Once you start losing on the plan you will wish that you had started sooner!
