And to the rest of my Medifast friends, I just want to say: NEVER UNDERESTIMATE the impact you have on others!!

I was roaming around the Forum last night and decided to enter the Studio. And there it was, pictures of Camille and her Harley!!
I was stunned!! Stunned by the pictures and mostly by her stats!!!

I realised that in 5 1/2 months she went from being 195 to 125!! And it empowered me!!!!!!!!!! I realise that I TOO can change my body in such a drastic weight if I TOO keep my eyes on the prize for 5 1/2 to 6 months.
After all Mike and Nancy and Dutch Choc have done it too and countless more out there!! Camille? Thank you for your pics!

I can't wait to catch up to you!

Thank you Christy!! That's what happens when you let little nieces and nephews run your world. My niece was around when I was looking for a avatar and she says: Auntie you love cats and chocolate. How about Chococat??? The rest is history!
