Well, it has no nutrients in the quantity specified. It's easy to forget to pay attention to the serving size on the product. ;)

I bought some of the strawberry spread and the chocolate dip today. THe strawberry spread is wonderful. I can't think of many great uses for it, other than on top of the muffins or cookies, but I have a feeling I will use it in place of jelly when I am in maintenence.

The chocolate is pretty good as well. It tastes pretty similar to the real thing, in my opinion.

I just got on the Walden Farms bandwagon this week, I am a little slow.

I found the entire line at my local albertson's and bought alot of them. I love the french dressing in my "new l/f Taco salad" and the creamy bacon was great....

Just wanted to let everyone know that you can buy them locally and more and more regular stores are carrying them.

Can't wait to try the alfredo, yummy.....

Terri,
Which section did you find them in? When I lived in Milwaukee I remember Jewel/Osco (Albertsons) carrying them, but I can't seem to find them in the diet section of the Albertsons here in St Pete... I'll keep looking though :)

My Albertsons has 'em with the regular salad dressings. Check the top shelf!

I still don't like them, though. They all taste fake and have a weird, unpleasant consistency to me. I hardly ever eat salad, though.

Wladen farms

Postby lilmamCece » April 9th, 2006, 5:52 pm

You are so right. The do have an odd taste at times. i enjoy the ranch mixed krafts (light done right) Catalina dressing. Its really helps with the weird tangy tast of walden farms. I also ordered there jelly to help make through this. I'm not very fond of the shakes but today I tried the cappucino and loved it, So hopefully the walden farms products will help me to stay on this program.

The only product that I regularly use in the Honey BBQ. Sadly, the only grocery store that carries Walden Farms in my area doesn't have this product. They only have the regular version and the hot and spicy.

I use ranch on the rare occasion that I have a "green" that isn't sauted mushrooms and zuchinni, but I've eaten that for the past 2-3 weeks.
