Thanks sidrah! :)

169 again this morning. I was concerned that I was going to see a gain even though I was on program and drank 96 oz of water throughout the day. I moved and stacked firewood and then spent a couple hours working in my flower beds, along with dishes, laundry, housework. I stepped on the scale last night, right before bed and it showed 171---UGH! I don't weigh at night all the time, but had noticed I was not getting 2# losses during the night when I did--so I was concerned. Very thankful this morning to see 169#! LOL

Now my next mini goal is 166...that is the next amount to drop my BMI a point on the chart. I'm so thankful to be getting this weight back off!

Thanks oksoonergal, sidrah, Karli and Joy (I'm sorry I missed saying thanks the other day! My bad!)

168# this morning!!! The weight is sliding off and I love the mornings that I wake to a new (lower) number on the scale. Still 21# to goal---but I'm getting there.

Thank you MyComplete180! It was a stressful day but I'm so very proud that I made it through the frustrations, stresses, noise, chaos, upset, etc. without turning to food. I am working hard at reprograming myself to just feel the emotions as they hit me, not to try to shovel food into me, in hopes to bury the feelings. So far, it is working and I'm praying I will continue to train myself to do it this way instead of reverting to eating.

You little ticker is moving right along. I think my least favorite number is the 10's you want to see that next set of digits and get out of where you are. I think I will be in the 2teens this week and you safely in the 1sixtys :) YAY! I always feel good when I am safely in a block becasue I don't think I will see those again. It took me FOREVER, let me say again FOREVER to leave the 230's, but have not been back. You will start the New Year at goal, I feel it... :exercise:

Weight today was 168# again.

Having some stressful times here but have not had to fight with head hunger during them, thankful for that. It is cold, windy and rainy here today, we did do some work outside and were drenched. I'm still cold but so glad to be indoors for the rest of the day (hopefully).

Hope everyone is doing well and thanks MyComplete180 for your encouragement and kind words. :)

I'm very unhappy and surprised at my weight this morning. I'm up 1.5# from yesterday! We did work outside (firewood cutting, splitting, hauling, stacking) for a couple hours. I was late on a supplement but did have it and just shortened the rest of the supplements to 2 hours apart to get myself back onto my schedule. My L & G was baked chicken salad...nothing different. I drank 9 cups of water. I did everything the same as I have for days, except last night I did take 2 Tylenol PM because my knee and hip were hurting a lot (arthritis and we were doing the firewood on a muddy slope so I think I twisted wrong and aggravated the joints). I did wake early (4:30) but 1.5# gain? I'm so disappointed since I've been 168 since Thursday and now on 'accountability day' (Sunday weigh in) I'm having to report only a .5# loss for the week. :bricks: Not nice. :x

It will be gone again soon, I'm sure.....but sure is a rotten deal this morning.

Thank you Joy. :)

The scale this morning shows .5 of the 1.5# gain gone. I am still puzzled by it (guessing it is muscle tissue holding water after working hard when I'm not use to working hard?). This weight gain and no new loss is really messing up my 'getting to goal by January 1st', LOL. I knew it was a very long shot to get all the weight back off by that date, but dang it, this regain really threw a monkey wrench into the FitDay amounts. Pfft! ;)

It probably is your muscles holding onto the water, when you tone or lift it does cause you to gain a little so don't sweat it too much!
