HB, it is darn cold out there and I feel for you on having to carry all that water to the barn!!

I'm going to be gone for awhile but will check in on Sunday's roll call.

See everyone on Sunday!

Hey there, Ms. T!

Congrats on your new low weight last Sunday! You really are almost there. I think about you all the time when I come up with excuses about why I'm not re-starting today. Well, yesterday was my last day of excuses and I'm back on plan. Hope you're doing well. Thank you for all of your encouragement and well wishes.

Take care!

Hello Queenie and Beth!

I didn't think I'd get a chance to check in until roll call, but got a few minutes to pop in and read some of the posts.....and wanted to share that I'm down .5 (143#!) today. I've been chugging water on the days that I've been home and hope to see more of a drop by tomorrow....I will be happy with a .5 for the week though if that is all I get.

Okay, I'm getting the 'look' (why are you still at the computer and not ready to go yet?) so I'd better do a fast exit. ;) I'll see if I can pop over and read a few more threads before shutting this off.

Hope all are doing well!

My fat elves are still working on where to move things around to, so I am hanging around my same weight - however, my wedding ring is slipping around on my finger, so they have been there!

Hope you elves are moving fast for you!

warm regards,
joy

Queenie, HB, Joy, Kelly, Katie and Erica......wow, my thanks to each of you for stopping by here.

We didn't get to go do our running around as we had wanted...freezing rain and black ice kept us from leaving home. We (DH & I) walked down to the mailbox this evening and almost fell a couple times. Amazing that a gravel driveway could become an icy ramp.

I've had the munchies today (not enough water) but have been able to stick to plan just because I want to keep this lower weight for roll call (so why didn't I push the water? ) I pray that just sticking with program foods and the correct time spans will keep me from any gain. :| Maybe I need roll call daily so I'll stick to plan?

I love those days. When you have to go out but cant. It is like being at school again. An unexpected snow day. Yesterday it was so cold out Did not leave the house. I wore my favorite slippers jeans a huge sweatshirt, and a baseball cap. Climbed into my chair with a blanket and read a book. Oh and Drank Medifast Hot chocolate all day. YUM. :D

Hi Katie! I did like the day. I had gotten all ready to go so hair, makeup, better looking clothes instead of comfortable baggy stuff...and then stayed home. I almost changed into more comfortable lounging clothes but I felt so good about myself each time I looked in a mirror (organizing a spare room with big mirrored closet doors, so often caught my reflection) that I didn't change. I'm still at the point of marveling that I've lost just over 70# (I had taken a couple pounds off while waiting for my first MF order so those pounds don't show up in my ticker).

It looks like today is another stay indoors and stay home day. Thankfully I wasn't signed up to do anything at church this morning. (Already drank one glass of water, LOL).

Water--------dang me for not drinking more than one 32 oz bottle of it yesterday. The good thing was that I didn't have to get up all night......the bad thing is that the scale went right back to 143.5 so I didn't get to claim my .5# loss for the week. :x

well t, another good thing is that you know it was attributed to your lack of water consumption and not a lot of off plan eating! WATER, WATER, WATER!
