Criminey but life has gotten out of hand. We had 3 g'kids here Thursday evening and all day Friday. Last one was taken home around noon. Very little personal time and I need my *quiet time* so I've been on edge a bit. Weight hanging in the same area (148-150) and still having some retention problems.....drank 68 oz of water yesterday which was a major accomplishment for me (sad but true). Haven't done that well today but still have a few hours before bedtime so will keep working on drinking it.

Not looking forward to roll call tomorrow morning---but maybe I'll have broken through this darn sticky scale spot...

Guess that is it from here.....

Oh Robin, those aren't JJill jeans, they are just the St. John's Bay from JCPenney's --- I really like them. I said the jeans I had kept from my daughter's school years were Guess but I was wrong, they are Calvin Klein's size 6....CK jeans were a huge deal (status symbol) in our area back in the early/mid 90's, LOL.

I posted in roll call but just realized I skipped posting my Sunday weight here.....so 149 which means I'm up 1# since last Sunday....

I'm challenging myself to be 147 next Sunday.....this is absolutely ridiculous---I expected, and should have been, at goal by mid October. I've been fooling around and acting like I'm content where I'm at in regards to my weight and size. Well, I set a goal and I need to stick to my desire to get to that goal, no stopping at 'good enough'....I need to follow through and achieve the results that I aimed for when I began MF.

So.......147 next Sunday (gulp! :o :shock: :? :| :lol: )

Good for you for renewing your commitment!! I see how you'd be content after seeing ya in those jeans though :-).

I am feeling like this is getting a bit ridiculous for me too. Yes, we know I have had my various issues, but my original goal date was July 25. In 18 days it will be a year since I started MF'ing. I feel I've grown a bit complacent since I'm almost there and get lots of compliments now and have a whole new wardrobe that fits and I look good in...but I need to finish what I started. I t's funny because I am still quite dissatisfied with parts of my body so I don't know how I could have grown complacent, but I have. I still have lots of work to do and one of the easiest ones should be reaching goal. But I keep wasting time...

T, i dont mean to hijack your journal but i need a minute...jeez biki, of course it is easy for you to beccome a little complacent, you have lost over 90# and you are soooooo close to goal! give yourself a little more credit!! :) We all have areas that we are dissatisfied with (AND PROBABLY ALWAYS WILL BE) :x

And you Miss T, size 6 jeans???? Wow! i haven't seen the pics yet but i bet they are gorgeous! congrats on your accomplishment(s)! :toast:

I read in the medifast book that this happens to most MFers when they are near goal. You are not alone!

My fault that the scale has been stuck and/or bouncing :? . It will also be my 'fault' when I get to goal LOL.....dang me for dragging my feet about getting this done!
