154.5 this morning.........I think that number has been on my scale a number of times before :? -- oh well, 153.5 is my lowest and I *know* that I will see it again this week (even if I have to amputate an arm to do it). I'm sick to death of this slow loss (due to my bites off program is my guess along with my body taking one of the mini-stall/plateau/rest-from-losing breaks). I've been 100% compliant for days & days & days & days (which means it is getting close to having a temper tantrum if the dang scale doesn't get with the program!!! :D ).

DH has taken a vacation day today....suppose to be 95° and we're going to go look at heavy equipment (bulldozers, excavators, dump trucks, cement trucks, semi's, etc. etc. etc........). Oh the excitement! Oh the joy I feel at this outing!! Oh be still my heart. :? ;)  :roflmao: Yeah, I'm excited about the outing.....

Water yesterday = 32 oz (and I lost weight overnight--which didn't happen when I was drinking 100+ oz each day......go figure).

I guess I am just a thirsty person or a big drinker, because I have already had 56 oz of water without trying today and it's not even 10:30. Maybe it's because I'm a recovering alchie that I like to have a drink in hand.

Hi T,

Do you have your L&G for dinner everyday? Or do you mix it up during the week if you are short on time or too hungry, like breakfast or lunch?

I only ask because I wonder if your body is stalled because it is in a pattern? Weird I know, but I was curious if you changed one or two L&G meals to different times how your body would/has responded.

Have a nice day...

Joy, yep, I do have a rut that I'm in for L & G and the time that I eat it. Hmmmm, something to think about.

153.5 this a.m. :D

Water consumption yesterday was just under 64 oz. (which was pretty darn good considering it was 'drink extra water and you use a porta-potty in the heat' day. :D

I'm watching babies today (and tomorrow)....it is going to be a glorious day (and I think the weather is suppose to be nice today, too).

.

I am actually considering lowering my water consumption. I will get up fewer times during the night and not depend on waiting around until 6 to get my weight in the morning. I have to wait to tinkle enough to get my weight and it is a little annoying, especially if I am thirsty. It will be a hard habit to break. It is only 9:45 and I have had 56 oz of water. Maybe I can slow myself down in the evenings.

Morning T!

Maybe Joy has an idea, switch things up. ???

I know Ive been out of bars for over 2 weeks and the scale has started to move again. But a new delivery came yesterday, so I will check this experiment out.

Do the mf people have any advice?

Im so jazzed, out of all my chickens, I finally got a cockadoodle. He was just starting to doodle last night. Im so easily pleased, at times.....
And Ive got to send you a picture of Andy, he's a cutie.

have some fun with the babies.

Nope, no limbs had to be removed. ;)

Biki, I just cannot do it (drink all that water). I feel like I do excellent to drink the lousy 8 glasses and here you can do it in just a couple hours (or less). I should be drinking more just for the benefits it gives for our skin---but even that thought doesn't get that bottle to these lips. ;)

HB, it is a gorgeous day here today. I just remembered that I have a jog stroller! The babies and I will be able to go outside later and do a walkabout. It will be great next year when they are walking well enough to navigate the uneven ground.

Tomorrow the repairman will come (again) to fix the oven. I gulp at the cost, but it will be wonderful to have it functioning again. Hay delivery in 2 weeks.....so there is another $1200+ out of the wallet (double gulping on that bill). Thankfully I have sufficient supplements to make it through the next month without having to order more. I had hoped to be at maintenance by now.....but those off program bites I was doing for weeks slowed my weight loss way down. I have been doing great on staying on program for at least a week now (I think it has been that long, will have to go back and look at my food journal). I am done messing around :D I'm getting this done! Transition will begin before the end of October!!! (Fingers, toes and eyes crossed for luck).

Well, babies should arrive any minute so I'd better go walk around the house and make sure everything is picked up, put away or there is a baby gate to keep them from it. ;)

I'm hoping to transition by the end of October too. I was hoping for earlier but my losses haven't been steady and there is always the chance that my binging will come back although I am doing much better. I have been stuck at the same weight for 5 days so I may be havng a stall. We'll see.

Good morning MFers! :D

153.5 again this morning and Fitday says that I've missed my goal weight date unless I can up my average weight loss to well over 2.5# a week. Not going to happen so I'm a bit disappointed in myself but I'm fine with the knowledge that no one shoved those bits of off program bites and extra bars into my mouth.......reap what I sow........

Repairman for the oven arriving this a.m. and the babies will be here all day, too.

HB, looking forward to seeing photos of Andy & your new chicken(s), if you are hearing cock-a-doodle-do then you must have gotten yourself a rooster, too....LOL Going to know it is morning at your house. ;)

Okay, I need more coffee and I"d better grab my first supplement, I'm a bit late on doing that (of course).

:D

I am kind of feeling the same way. I didn't gain any weight from it, but my snacking off-plan last night made sure I extended my stall to 6 days. Do you even get to call it a stall if it's your fault you're stuck one day?

Back up .5

Up, down, up, down, up, down, up............

I'm more tired of reporting it than you are of reading it (I know this because I read it, too, and I'm sick to death of it). So..........no more reporting until it is a different darn number :x

Busy day today so no posting or reading once I leave this chair this morning. Tomorrow is babies and next week is the schedule from H E double LL........ugly, ugly, ugly week coming up (with commitments and out of town appointments).........

So, if I'm gone a bunch, no worries.......and if there is a new number that ever appears on the flipping scale, I'll let you know. :D

Have a good one (day and weekend).........
