Well, I'm not certainly saying NOT to drink water. I still drink seven or eight half-liter bottles a day. But people who struggle that hard ought to know it might not be worth all the stress. Drink what you can, but you probably don't need to kill yourself doing it. Or beat yourself up too badly if you fall short.

Don't be so hard on yourself. You are still being compliant, you aren't eating pizza and cookies right? So you are struggling with water, you are still doing great. Do the best you can, really, that's all you can ask of yourself! :)

T, My wellaboveaveragefriend,

I want you to know that you aren't alone with the water issue. I struggled and still do with the amount of water I need to drink. I used to have to force myself to get it in and then literally felt it sloshing around in there. It was always a chore for me. No tiara's here when it comes to water.

But you definitely get a coffee tiara and ones for all other things we are aware of!!! : :)

Hey Tawanda;

Don't feel bad about the water, really. I'm not sure it helps all that much to drink a ton - like Robin said, if you struggle with it, don't stress about it. The last few days I've cut back to 3 liters a day instead of 4 or 5 and I still feel hydrated and I'm making fewer trips to the potty which is nice. Of course as I say that I'm dying of thirst right now so I'll probably drink more today - but I'm going to try to just drink what I feel I need instead of forcing myself to consume so much. There are times I've guzzled 33oz just because I was behind. I don't think that's such a good idea, either.

Good luck, feel well!

T-
I only had one or two sips of water this morning before I started in on the coffee. Spilled my first cup of water all over myself so just started making the coffee. Made me think of you. Hope to talk (it seems like talking) to you soon!

You guys are wonderful!

158 this morning (down .5). No babies here today (I thought I was babysitting but I didn't look at the right week on the calendar - duh). I am going to do some housework (oh fun!) and then maybe spend some time doing some sewing.

The day is MINE!!!!! Whoooo----Hooooo!

I've been hiding a dirty secret (or so it feels like to me).

I've cheated.

Yep, I have. I was program perfect for so many months and then one day I had a few cashews.....and then continued having a few cashews daily ...... and then one day something hit my emotions and brain wrong so I had a second bar........one day I binged on 4 bars. Yep, 4.

So, my program perfect track record is messed up and I failed the 'program perfect to goal' that I had wanted to do....but I'm still doing the program and refusing to fail.

I just didn't feel that not being 100% honest with myself in this journal and with all of you was the way I wanted to be.

So..........there you know my dirty little secret-------she doesn't drink her 64 oz. minimum water each day and she has cheated on the program!

:?

But 'she' also isn't slowing down or quitting on her resolve to get to goal (soon) and her promise to NEVER gain this weight back!!!
