It's 2:30 and I have had 112 oz so far but I am going to slow down. I was just thirsty from my walks and a little hungry so I needed the water.

Happy Aniversary T :D
Ours is on Saturday.

Do you like Oregon beaches :?:

I'd say you are doing right good on your weight loss. Was the alfalfa one of those compressed bales? Those are tough to pick up, nice comparison.

Have fun this evening.

Thank you for the anniversary wishes. DH came home with a lovely card (no diamonds.....but then no diamonds were expected :? unfortunately  ;) ). I gave him a card and a small gift. Yeah, we celebrate big time. ;)

I had the babies all day again today and after they went home then I made us dinner. Yeppers, big time celebrations happen here.

HB, do you have another baby llama yet?

Biki, I started out great with the water but petered out and need to get myself drinking!

Gotta go read what the rest of you have been up to today......

I was just starting my third glass of water and second cup of coffee and thought about you Tawanda! Glad you had a nice evening! Maybe you need to try my FAIL PROOF (It has worked two times) method of acquiring jewelry. First I showed him what I wanted and had him agree it was a lovely piece of jewelry. But being a man, I knew it only slightly registered with him. So then I printed out pictures of the ring on sticky back paper on my computer and put the pictures all over the house. Inside of cabinets, on top of the coffee maker, on his sock drawer, the bathroom mirror. Then I would ask him if he had noticed anything different about the house. He said "no" but eventually the pictures sunk in and he started asking questions. Like "How much?" "What store is it at?" "Why do you need it" (Because you love me and it is our anniversary, birthday, I lost 50 pounds etc.) and once he knew how important it was to me and I got my jewelry.

T you could always do what i do. I email him a picture of what I want. And say This is what I want for my birthday. HAHAHA. But it does work. Last year I got these beautiful pearl earings with diamonds.
Katie
ps. he emailed me back a picture of a porsche. So at first I did not think it was going to work but it did.

Oh, I emailed him the picture too! As I am sure you have figured out about me, I am all about being subtle.

Me getting what I want from the jewlery store is easy. My oldest son works at Whitehall's. He knows every piece that I am drooling over! So when it is time to buy something, all my hubby has to do is ask our son. :D The best thing is, we get his huge employees discount

You guys are too funny with your ways of acquiring jewelry! I will study what you've said works for you and see what happens around here. ;)

DH took today, tomorrow and Monday off so instead of me sitting at the mechanic's while my car is serviced this morning, he'll bring me back home. Nice.

159.5 this morning. It was dicey as to if it was 159.5 or 160.0 as the darn scale read both, dependant on where my feet were on the scale. So, I figured heck with it! I'm claiming the lower number cause it is just as steady on the display as the other one. Darn scale! Maybe I will buy a new one...............someday.

I'd better go get dressed and ready to head to town..........later!

ALWAYS go with the lower number!

I bought a Weight Watchers scale on sale for $24. I like it. In my world, if it ain't on sale I don't buy...it'll be on sale next week!

While in town this morning (to drop car off at the mechanic's shop) I got 'sick'....Thank goodness the store, where DH had things to buy, was nicely equipped with a women's restroom. UGH!

Bad news.....stomach bug this morning.

Good news?.....it shot my weight down another pound. ;)

I tell ya, you have to look for the silver linings in those darn storm clouds sometimes.....if you look hard and long enough, there is usually a bit of silver lining! ;)

We'll see if the weight stays off.....I doubt it, but I deserve it.

I may be away more than usual in the next few days....if I am.......you guys behave!! :D I'll at least check in each morning in my journal and I'll try to read the posts each day.

159 this morning. Wonder if the 160's will be gone forever? I'm going to be more diligent about water today and maybe I'll be 'normal' (158 and 'normal weight' on the BMI charts instead of in the 'overweight' catagory) by Sunday's roll call?

Thanks Biki!

I have babies here today so that will be my day.
