I weigh 166.5 pounds. Have you caught me yet? Soon I bet if you haven't already. :(

Biki, nope not even in the 160's yet and at the rate that I've been losing the last 5 weeks, it will be 3 or more weeks before I hit your current weight. Besides, I fully expect that you are going to see one of your awesome 5 or 7 pound weekly losses soon.

HB, I just finished mowing and raking the grass...not fun to do on the best day and kind of difficult when we're workng with so few calories each day. I kept having to take micro breaks (also known as 'sucking air'). ;) It began raining as I was finishing up. Now the yard looks decent (still needs the edges of the flower beds trimmed) and time to begin on mopping the kitchen & dining room. Oh joy!

I think those huge losses are a thing of the past. I am posting weights from last month. The fun part is that we will be maintenance buddies!!! :)

T, You can change your be slim order every month as long as you keep the order date the same or earlier.

You can never have too much Medifast IMHO, hehe. I get nervous when I'm down to 2 boxes of my favorite stuff, but really I have at least 6 months supply on hand.

Where do you put it? I have about about 6 weeks worth right now and have to put some of it in a separate cabinet.

You must! We have a lot of smaller high cabinets. But I keep at least one or two of each flavor in one of those space saver metal lattice floor cabinets with drawers if that makes sense. You can see through it and open the drawers to get to the supplements. Sorry for the hijack Tawanda!

Don't be sorry, Biki, I'm thankful to have input on how much people are keeping on hand. I ended up putting mine in some wall cabinets that I have in my laundry room. It has been an excellent spot to store them and I feel like I've got my own little MF grocery store with everything organized. :) It takes so little to amuse some people (me) sometimes. ;)

Jo, I wasn't positive how easy, etc. it was to make changes to the BeSlim orders...didn't get the impression from what I've read that it was difficult--and I appreciate you sharing that it is easily doable. My first time through planning what to put as my 'base' order, I was up over $330...I took off a case of the RTDs and one other item to get it down in the $260 range (if I'm remembering right).

I did buy from a couple people that advertised their food for sale here, one deal was excellent and worked out great for me but the second time wasn't a good experience. Some of the food was older than Moses, there wasn't as much food as was advertised (full boxes weren't full) and the person couldn't 'find' one of the items they had advertised as part of the package---so they just didn't bother to send it and didn't let me know until I wrote to ask 'when did you mail everything because it isn't here yet'. I figured it was a learning experience (don't be so trusting of people who come in to the forum just to sell their supplies) and just buck up and get myself on the BeSlim program instead of trying to be so 'fiscally' tight.

Well, floors are swept, carpets vacuumed but the floors still need to be mopped. Housework is highly over rated....... ;)

Well, TEE, you are such a busy bee today. Tomorrow is our day of rest. WhooHoo!
I admire how you can accomplish so much with your job, family, church activities, etc.
Retirement does have it's benefits...but I doubt I get nearly as much done as you do.
Well, my MF stash is there in my pantry for whenever I need it, kind of a safety net.
Mostly I do regular food on maintenance with sometimes 1 or 2 MF supplements.
We learn to substitute very similar foods, checking calories, carbs, fiber, etc.
Medifast is a good learning tool for that!
You are on the downhill run for maintenance land! :drive:
WTG!

Well, all the family/company has gone home and I'm so ready to just collapse for the evening. I wish we had a big hot tub (do they still call them hot tubs?) so I could go soak until I turned into a prune. The party went very nicely and everyone had a good time. I already ran the dishwasher once so the left over mess in the kitchen is minimal. All is well!

This morning I logged on, just to post my weight in the roll call thread. I was in a hurry, still doing some last minute cleaning along with getting ready for church, so didn't write anything other than -3#. I was in shock this morning (happy shock ;) ) to see 169.5 (whoohoo!!!) and that I had such a great loss week. It seems that I don't see 3# losses very often any more. 169.5 ---- wow! :D

I understand-that is part of the paradox of the scale-the duality I suppose.
It gives so much pleasure and causes so much pain...I had better stop before I sound even more like the Marquis de Sade.

Well.........fickle scale. :? Back up .5 this morning. Not a big deal at all except it took away seeing a 6 and put me back at 7 (169.5 back to 170). Huge sigh.

I'm still exhausted this morning. Tired just doesn't cover how I'm feeling. I'm wore out and feel like it is the end of a really long, hard day instead of the beginning of a fresh new day. I commited to watching the babies this morning for 4 or 5 hours so that their mom could go get her hair cut, weave and run a couple errands. Not sorry I said yes (yet? just kidding) because I love being with the babies......but I sure hope they are in good moods today and not fussy.

So......I'll go make another cup of coffee and look in the cupboards for a dose of energy. I think we're fresh out of it......but I'll look and hope to find some all the same.

Hope it is a good day for everyone.

I know how you feel Tawanda; I feel the same way right now but aren't those grandbabies wonderful! I know why women have babies when they are young ......so you can keep up with them. I can hardly keep up with my grandbaby unless her aunt (my other daughter) is here to help.
