Hi Suzy! It was the nastiest belly ache so far. I don't mind the taste of the chili, just sometimes I feel like I've got little atom bombs going off inside me.

Down 2.5# this week which is a great weekly loss for me. Fitday stats show that I've been losing at an average rate of 2.63# week, needing just under 14 more weeks to hit goal. I know my loss average is going to lower as I get closer to goal, so 14 weeks is optimistic, but maybe it will be 20 weeks as I wondered earlier this week.

I've begun thinking often of starting to exercise.
Now, where did that thought come from and how to I shove it back down into the dark depths of my mind?

I think it is because I do feel so much 'lighter' along with moving, bending are so much easier and my body is *enjoying* moving. Isn't MF amazing?!
