TEE,
Congratulations on the half way mark, and hope your birthday was wonderful!
You new avatar is LOVERLY!
How often have I gotten into the 170's and then just nonchalantly began an upward trend...
Not this time, though, and not this time for you either!
I am so, so proud of you.

Which part? I guess I should add as a NSV that I am able to paint my own toenails now! I used to have to pay people or ask Paul to do it since he fancies himself an artist. But two days ago I did my own toes! :)

Tawanda I love the new avatar. You look so lovely and happy. Congrats on your success.

I have the same issues with the chili - sometimes it affects me and sometimes it's doesn't. But I continue to eat it - only once in a while though.

I hope your stomachache went away. OUCH!!

Hi Suzy! It was the nastiest belly ache so far. I don't mind the taste of the chili, just sometimes I feel like I've got little atom bombs going off inside me. :? I just try to have it when I know I don't have to be around anyone else... just in case.

Down 2.5# this week which is a great weekly loss for me. Fitday stats show that I've been losing at an average rate of 2.63# week, needing just under 14 more weeks to hit goal. I know my loss average is going to lower as I get closer to goal, so 14 weeks is optimistic, but maybe it will be 20 weeks as I wondered earlier this week.

 I've begun thinking often of starting to exercise.

Now, where did that thought come from and how to I shove it back down into the dark depths of my mind? ;) I think it is because I do feel so much 'lighter' along with moving, bending are so much easier and my body is *enjoying* moving. Isn't MF amazing?!

No, No, Chynna, you misunderstand me. I'm expert at shoving the thoughts of exercise back down into the dark depths of my mind! Now, if you need help with that, let me know!

Dang, I check here and find you guys talking nasty (exercise---that is nasty). ;)

I don't plan on giving into the temptation to begin exercising (thank you Jo for thinking the same as me,) just yet......but some day I will begin. It is just awesome to 'feel' like doing it.

You just can't rush into a decision like this........you need to move slowly, methodically, did I mention slowly??? LOL Yeah, couch potato extraordinaire here.....

Okay, quit with the exercise talk or I'm going to start feeling guilty that I'm not exercising and I do hate feeling guilty........

Uhm hmm.
She (Jo) says that, but the thoughts are coming with more frequency and urgency.
She won't be able to deny them for much longer.

I'm excited for you, Miss T. For wanting to exercise. That's a great beginning!
I only WISH I could push my body like I used to...where every muscle is dead tired and my lungs are aching for oxygen.
What a rush! Boy-o-boy, what I wouldn't give to be able to workout like that again.
Consider yourself lucky that your body is capable of exercising as much as you want to.
Some of us are not so lucky.

(Did it work? Did I guilt you into it? Hahahahahahaha)

Hey, exercise is getting a bad rap!
How old must one be before going from thinking about it to actually doing it?
It ain't so bad, really, in fact I am enjoying moving my skinnier bod more!
Not to make any of you feel guilty...uhh, guiltier!

I have to atleast get in my walk daily-a mile (my PT has limited me for my back) but I usually come up with an excuse to do more. Even when there was snow and ice on the ground I was out there walking to Starbucks at 5:30am!
